The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine called on the company and asked for details of their animals, their injuries, failed test subjects and their disposal. 

Alleged summaries publicized that animals were undergoing unstable mental and physical health, infections, internal bleeding, and paralysis. Hence, Department Of Transportation (DOT) took notice of the allegations and initiated an investigation. DOT is trying to locate the animals that were discarded and maltreated by the tech-brain company. 

Moreover, DOT is trying to figure out whether there are other stakes related to maltreatment of animals — proper disposal of pathogens and infectious organisms before concealing the animals or contamination of environment with non-degradable wastes.
