What worries or fears are causing you to feel bad about yourself? Once you figure them out, it’s time to face the music. If you’re putting off doing certain things until you feel better about yourself, why wait? Do what you’ve been wanting to do. Once you see that you can do it, you’ll feel more confident in your abilities, and you’ll be able to try even more things you might be worried about.
